Ho! Ho! Ho! SANTA BROOCH!

ree

Today we are going to make Santa Claus brooches!

ree

Last Christmas I made this little Santa brooch from a Christmas tablecloth that I found at a flea market. You can find lots of cute Christmas tablecloths at flea markets.

Start by cutting out an oval in a suitable size of your fabric. Then you iron on some interlining on the back. If you don't have interlining you can sew or glue on some thick fabric instead. If you want to, you can put on a small ruffle from fabric, or a piece of lace. You can also use sequins or other fun and nice things to tur your brooch into festive glam. Sew a brooch pin to the back if you have one, otherwise it works with a safety pin as well.

Finished! Ready for Christmas celebrations in Santa's good company!
