TEXTILE INCHIE TREAT

These quick and easy textile inchie-boxes are so funny to make. All you need is some leftover fabrics and some colourful goodies to decocrate your inchie-box. Pearls, buttons, pearls, rhinestones anything goes... search in your treasure-box!

You need five small inchies to create a box. An inchie is a square where all the sides measures 1 inch / 2,5 centimeters. You can use all kinds of fabric but you have to double the fabric and eventually use some interlining if the fabric is to thin.

Zig-zag all around your inchies with a narrow zig-zag and place them as above.

Zig-zag the inchies together.

Fold your inchie-box so you'll get a glimpse of how it will become.

'Now it's time to decorate! This is som much fun!

Sew the sides together using whip stitch. Leave open the lid.

Voilà, you have created a magical inchie-box! Once you start you can't stop! The inchis-boxes are so funny to make!
