UPCYCLE YOUR OLD BAG À LA EMILY

I really like that bag so I made my own version of it. Why don´t you make one yourself? All you need is a pre-loved handbag, some old sunglasses, some leftover fabrics for the face and eventually some jewellery.

I found an old leopard bag that I haven´t used for about 15 years. I also found an old pair of sunglasses that were a bit broken and an old necklace; the mouth were just perfect for the bag.

The face is made out of terry cloth. It is a piece of leftover fabric that was over from when I made mysef a bathrobe some years ago.

The Lady on my bag wears earrings. She looked a bit nude wothout them so I decided that she needed a pair. I looked around in my treasure chest and I tried several until I finally found the perfect pair.

I made some stitches by hand to attach everything and I also added some glue with a glue-gun to really secure it.

Voila! the bag is ready! All I need now is a flight ticket to Paris.....
